Get your Mondays back after launch

You shipped the thing, and now five manual jobs eat the start of every week: waitlist follow-up, logging sales, sorting support, asking for testimonials, writing the changelog. The free workflows on this site are the parts, one job at a time. The Stack is the assembled system: one linked Notion workspace, all five workflows mapped to it, a single credentials sheet, a setup guide you follow top to bottom, and help if an import fails. One payment, no subscription.

  • One payment, no subscription
  • 14-day import guarantee
  • Setup: About half a day, following one guide

What runs once it's set up

  • Every sale lands in a Notion client list and gets a welcome email
  • Support mail sorted into download, how-to, refund, billing and other, with canned replies ready
  • A day-3 tips email and a day-7 testimonial ask go out without you remembering
  • Release notes drafted from your commits and sent when you mark them ready
  • One shared vocabulary across all of it, so the Notion views actually agree with each other

Free downloads vs the Stack

Everything in the left column is free on this site, one workflow at a time. The Stack is for when you would rather not spend an evening mapping Notion property IDs across five workflows.

Questions

The workflows are free. What am I paying for?

The assembly and the support. Free downloads give you each workflow and its schema on its own, and you map every field yourself. The Stack ships one Notion workspace with the workflows already pointed at it, one credentials sheet, a guide with a test for each step, the SOPs, and email help if an import fails on the listed n8n version.

Do I need n8n Cloud, or does self-hosted work?

Either. The workflows use only built-in n8n nodes (Webhook, Schedule, IF, Switch, Wait, Notion, Gmail, Send Email), no community nodes. On self-hosted, your webhook URL must be reachable from Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or Stripe.

Does it work with Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, and Stripe?

Yes. The sale workflow normalises Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, and Stripe (checkout.session.completed / charge.refunded) into one Clients row. Payloads differ, so the guide has you send one real test purchase and confirm the field mapping before you switch it on. Put product name in Stripe Payment Link metadata as product_name if you use Stripe.

What if an import fails?

Email us with the n8n version and the error. If the Stack does not go live on the listed versions within 14 days of purchase after following the guide, you get a refund.

Is this a subscription?

No. $99 once for the assembled Stack (workflows, Notion schema, setup guide, SOPs, emails). Updates to the 1.x line are included and announced on the free version-channel email list. An optional paid Updates membership is not sold yet — if it ships later, it will be extras (new modules, Loom library), never a rent on files you already bought.

Can I resell it or use it for clients?

Use it in your own business and products. You cannot resell or redistribute the files. See the license for details.
