Free handmade cost-to-make + markup sheet
You know the mug sells at $28. You are less sure what it costs once materials, your minutes and packaging are in. This spreadsheet adds those up, then suggests a list price from a markup multiplier or a desired margin after fees. Google Sheets or Excel, and the file is yours.

Questions
Does it work in Excel?
Yes. Only formulas Google Sheets and Excel share (IF, IFERROR, basic arithmetic). File, Import, Upload, Replace spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
Markup multiplier or desired margin — which do I use?
Use the markup column when you think in “2.5× cost.” Use desired margin when you want a percentage left after fees. Both suggested prices are on the same row; pick the one that matches how you price.
What is fees %?
Your estimate of platform plus payment cut as a share of list price (0.10 = 10%). Fees change, so check your own platform rather than trusting a number in a template.
Is this the Seller Back-Office Kit?
No. This free sheet is costing and suggested list price only. The Back-Office Kit (planned at $29) puts costing, stock, ledger and invoices on one product list. Checkout isn't open yet; its page has a list for one email when it is.
Does it track inventory?
No. Pair it with the free inventory spreadsheet for stock and reorder flags.
